Want to run client relationships, keep projects moving, and have a real seat at the creative table?

This role is made for someone who loves working with people just as much as managing projects, and who gets energy from being in the mix with creative and strategy. You’ll be the go-to person for several DTC clients, making sure nothing slips, everyone’s clear on what’s next, and the work we deliver isn’t just pretty, but performs.

WHO THEY ARE

They are a small, performance-first creative advertising agency built by three partners who got tired of making award-winning ads that didn't move the needle. Everything they do now is measured against results, backed by strong creative. They're lean on purpose: about 16 people, aiming for a steady 20, choosing depth with existing clients over chasing new logos. The best ideas can come from anyone on the team, and a couple of times a week the whole company gets in a room to brainstorm together, regardless of title.

What makes them, them:

  • Performance-backed creative, not just pretty decks

  • Flat structure, everyone has a voice in ideation

  • Quality over quantity, both in clients and output

  • Fully remote, US-rooted, global team

  • Half-day Fridays, always

This is a full-time role. Candidates outside of the US will be hired as Contractors.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Real ownership: you'll run four to five client accounts as your own, not as a project manager reporting up a chain

  • A seat at the creative table: you join brainstorms and have a say in what gets pitched to clients, even though you're not the creative lead

  • Quarterly profit sharing: a share of the company's profit pool that grows every year you stay

  • Flexible by design: unlimited PTO in practice, doctor's appointment or your kid's soccer game, just get your work done

  • Monthly stipend: a no-questions-asked budget for anything work-related, from software to a new mouse

  • Half-day Fridays: every single week

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

  • Own the full client relationship for four to five DTC accounts, from onboarding through renewal

  • Run project management internally, coordinating with the ops team so deliverables land on time

  • Lead client calls and touchpoints with confidence, whether that's a monthly check-in or a weekly deep dive for a bigger spender

  • Sit in on internal brainstorms and decide which ideas are strong enough to move into a client's pipeline

  • Write briefs yourself when the team needs an extra hand

  • Share assets, collect feedback, and close the loop with clients through Slack and the agency's internal project management tool

  • Keep a steady hand on multiple accounts at once without anything slipping through the cracks

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have DTC marketing experience, ideally from an agency, though a strong in-house or freelance background works too

  • You understand what ROAS and CAC mean and can read a snapshot of an ads account, even if you're not the one running media

  • You write and speak English at a native level, no exceptions, this is a near-daily written and verbal role

  • You're confident and buttoned up on client calls, even when the conversation gets tough

  • You're reliable above all else, if you say it'll get done, it gets done, on time

  • You genuinely like being part of a team, jumping in to brainstorm and fill gaps even outside your lane

  • You're comfortable working core US East Coast hours, wherever in the world you're based

Bonus if you've:

  • Worked as a one-person show handling both client comms and project management

  • Used Slack and a flexible, Notion-style project management tool as your daily drivers

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 days: You've been fully onboarded, you know the team and your assigned clients, and you're running point on day-to-day communication and project management for your accounts.

60 days: You're confidently leading client calls solo, your feedback loops are tight, and the team trusts you to bring solid ideas into brainstorms.

90 days: Your accounts run smoothly with minimal oversight, you've written briefs independently that needed little to no editing, and you've shown the reliability and communication chops to move off the contractor trial period.
