Some creative leads live in decks. You’ll probably be holding a camera.
You’ll be responsible for the creative, but you won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll come up with the ideas, make the content, get involved in the ads and keep pushing when you find something that works.
If the last few years have slowly promoted you away from the camera and the timeline, and you miss it, this is the way back.
They build communities and education products for ambitious entrepreneurs, and they've grown by being genuinely good at content rather than by outspending anyone. The team is small and deliberately kept that way. Decisions happen in a message, not a meeting series, and the founders are in the work with you every day.
Small team, fast decisions, nobody to get permission from
Direct access to both founders, daily
Bias to shipping: grab a camera and test it rather than debate it for three weeks
No politics, no unnecessary meetings, no corporate process
This is a full-time, London-based hybrid role.
Real creative ownership. You set the direction. Nobody rewrites your hooks.
You build the team. Hire your own editors and videographers as output grows.
You're the face. Your ideas, your voice, in front of an audience already paying attention.
Permission to miss. Make a lot, learn fast, find the few that work.
More than one channel. Meta, short-form, YouTube, creators, affiliates.
Visible impact. Small business, creative is the growth lever, you'll see it in the revenue.

Give the organic channels a clearer creative direction
Bring YouTube and longer-form content into the mix
Keep a running list of formats, creators and ideas worth trying
Build out the creative support around you as the output grows
Raise the standard of what gets made, tested and put in front of the audience
You understand direct-response creative and the difference between attention and sales
You have experience with organic and paid social content, and use performance data to improve your work
You have strong creative instincts and know when an idea is worth pursuing
You feel natural on camera and are comfortable being one of the faces behind the content
You can take an idea from concept to hook, script, shoot and finished ad
You can write briefs and scripts, work with creators and edit when needed
You keep up with ads, creators and new formats, but know how to make the inspiration your own
