Director at Everything is Garbage

Everything is Garbage is scaling fast and needs a Director to run the show operationally. This isn't a figurehead role — you'll own P&L, day-to-day operations, and the team that keeps things moving.

What you'll do:

• Own operational strategy end to end — logistics, service delivery, and team performance

• Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for the division

• Hire, coach, and manage a growing ops team

• Fix what's broken — process, tooling, vendor relationships — and build what's missing

• Report directly to leadership on performance, risk, and growth opportunities

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years in an operations or general management leadership role, ideally in a fast-growing or logistics-heavy business

• Track record of building and scaling processes from scratch

• Comfortable owning budgets and being accountable for the numbers

• A bias for action — you'd rather fix it than write a memo about it
