The biggest account in this group runs at six figures of ad spend per day. Not per month. Per day.
That only works because the people running it are given a brand to go deep on instead of a portfolio to spread themselves across. You get one account, the creative team behind it, and the mandate to push it as far as it will go.
WHO THEY ARE
They are a fast-growing nine figure business operating a portfolio of DTC brands in the natural beauty and wellness space, built around high-performance products and direct response marketing.
Their growth model is rooted in better products, better messaging, and better performance marketing, serving more than 1 million customers globally through an education-first, problem/solution approach where data informs every creative decision.
Their culture is shaped by six clear values:
Extreme Urgency. Every second and every possible transformation matters.
Quality Dominance. They make the best products in the world, no shortcuts.
Radical Ownership. If you see a gap, you fill it. You don't wait to be assigned.
Customer Obsession. They're closer to the customer than any other brand.
Unconditional Team Commitment. The team's win is your win. You cover for each other.
Always Find a Better Way. If something can be done 10x better, you propose it.
They are a fully remote team of 90+ people across 20+ countries, operating with high standards, low ego, and a strong bias toward results.
This is a fully remote, full-time role.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Real spend. Budgets big enough to learn something new every week
Full creative support. Strategists, copywriters and editors dedicated to your account
A real product to sell. The group is vertically integrated from harvesting their own Arctic ingredients through to the customer's door, you're marketing a genuinely differentiated product, not a white-label reskin
Performance bonuses. Your upside is tied to what you scale, not to a review cycle
A path to lead. Strong performers take on accounts and eventually people
No busywork. No timesheets, no client decks, no status calls for their own sake
WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO
Own paid performance for one of the group's brands end to end, from strategy through to daily execution
Set the testing framework for your account and decide what gets scaled, cut, or rebuilt
Work closely with creative strategists, briefing angles and feeding back on what the data says is working
Run at high creative velocity, with a constant flow of new concepts hitting the account
Make scaling calls using third-party attribution rather than platform-reported numbers alone
Push spend to the edge of what the account can absorb, then find the next ceiling
Take TikTok and AppLovin from small tests into real, sustained budget
Feed learnings back into the wider media buying team so wins compound across brands
WHO YOU ARE
You have scaled paid social for a DTC brand at real spend, in-house, agency side, or on your own store
You have consistently managed a six-figure monthly ad budget on a single brand, not a portfolio of smaller ones
You have gone deep on one brand or category rather than skimming across ten accounts
You have hands-on experience running real budget on at least one platform beyond Google, such as TikTok, AppLovin, Reddit, Pinterest, Snap, or X
You have run high volume creative testing without letting account structure turn into noise
You read third-party attribution and know where platform numbers stop telling the truth
You brief creative like a strategist, and can tell them why an ad failed and what to try next
You are used to daily numbers, with no monthly report to hide behind
You are based in Europe, or you keep hours that overlap heavily with a European team (US Eastern time zone also works)
Bonus if you've:
Owned TikTok or AppLovin as a primary channel, scaling it well beyond the testing phase
Scaled Snapchat, Pinterest or Reddit from a standing start
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 30 days. You know your brand's account structure, hero products and historic winners inside out. You have audited what is currently running, flagged what should be cut, and shipped your first round of tests against briefs you wrote yourself.
First 60 days. You are setting the weekly testing agenda for your account without being asked. The creative team is working on your briefs, your feedback loop with them is tight, and you have found at least one new angle or audience that is holding at scale.
First 90 days. You are trusted with the account's spending decisions day to day. Efficiency is holding or improving as you push the budget higher, you have a clear view of where the next ceiling is, and your manager no longer needs to check your numbers to know the account is in good hands.
